The Role

Evolution Water Services Ltd is a market leader within the water treatment and air hygiene industry, providing the highest quality indoor air quality services, total water treatment, water hygiene, consultancy and legionella training packages throughout the UK.

Since its inception in 1999, Evolution has enjoyed significant and continued success, and has grown to become one of the UK’s foremost specialist partners in our marketplace, with a proven track record of delivering multi-disciplined, innovative and client/site-specific legionella control schemes and air quality auditors.

As part of our ongoing expansion programme we have a requirement to recruit an Air Quality Service Engineer to join our existing team. The role would suit someone who has good communication skills, is ambitious and keen to improve their existing knowledge and capabilities with aspirations to further their career.

The role entails traveling to buildings around the country (but predominantly in the South East) to conduct internal air quality tests using specialist equipment.  To analyse the results obtained and produce a detailed technical report detailing the methods employed, the test findings along with any relevant recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits to carry out air quality surveys
  • Analysis of recorded data
  • Production of technical reports detailing results and findings

From time to time:

  • Temperature monitoring and general HSG274/water hygiene tasks
  • Water Sample collection for laboratory analysis

Experience

Previous air quality testing experience is not necessary, although being able to use Microsoft WORD and having a good eye for detail and a strong ability to communicate verbally and in writing is required.  Previous experience visiting various sites to carry out works will also be an advantage.

The candidate must be comfortable working both within a team environment and on their own.

Relevant training will be provided for the successful candidate.

A full driving licence is required.
